Finish setup

Wholesale AI runs in desktop Chrome on supported Amazon.com product pages. To use it, you must confirm that you have both a registered business and a resale certificate. Wholesale AI relies on those answers and does not verify either requirement or any certificate file saved locally.

Open Wholesale AI and select Finish setup. Confirm registered-business and resale-certificate eligibility first. If both answers are Yes, answer exactly five more required questions for seven total before first value. Read the three-section Important Notice and accept its current version. The short profile-connection presentation performs only local work and opens Amazon; it does not prepare, create, or open Checkout.

If you have not completed a recommendation yet, Amazon home or search may show one dismissible Choose your first Amazon product instruction. Use Amazon's search box, then open a product result with a /dp/ or /gp/product/ address. The instruction does not analyze or mark search results.

After your first completed recommendation, select Add profile details to access four optional profile questions and the optional local certificate attachment. A website is saved locally without verification. The certificate action says Save certificate locally, and its completed state is Saved locally — not verified.

Free analyses and subscription

You receive the complete recommendation for each of your first ten unique supported Amazon.com products. Your tenth result and previously analyzed products stay available. An eleventh new product requires a verified Stripe choice at the current member rate: $9.99/month or $99/year billed up front. Annual is about $8.25/month, billed annually. When the standard membership becomes $14.99/month, your current member rate stays in place for as long as your membership remains active. The selected subscription starts and is charged only when you confirm in Stripe, renews at the selected cadence until canceled, and may include applicable taxes shown by Stripe. Cancel anytime. If you cancel and later return, rejoining is available at the current membership rate.

A recommendation is missing

Wholesale AI works on Amazon.com product pages with a normal /dp/ or /gp/product/ address. Open the extension popup to see the current page status. If Amazon is still loading product details, reload the product once and try again.

Manage or cancel billing

Open Wholesale AI and select Manage billing. This opens Stripe's secure customer portal, where you can update the payment method or cancel future renewals. Canceling future renewals does not retroactively refund a charge; access continues through the period shown by Stripe.

Verify an existing plan

Select Verify plan ownership in Wholesale AI. Enter the billing email used at Stripe checkout, then use the one-time code sent by email. This securely links the billing relationship to this browser. Wholesale AI then shows active access, a billing-repair step, or a verified resubscribe option based on the current Stripe status. Your answers and Saved Brands stay in the other browser profile.

If Stripe says a previous plan needs billing attention and no recovery email arrives, do not start another subscription. Email info@thewholesalecove.com from the Stripe billing email so support can verify the account and provide the correct billing next step.
