These Terms govern use of the Wholesale AI Chrome extension, its local free-analysis allowance, and its paid membership. By using Wholesale AI or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

Wholesale AI is a research assistant. It does not guarantee brand approval, product eligibility, profitability, marketplace permission, wholesale availability, minimum order quantities, or business results.

Who may use Wholesale AI

Wholesale AI is offered for use in desktop Chrome on supported Amazon.com product pages. Public users must confirm during setup that they have both a registered business and a resale certificate. Wholesale AI relies on those answers; it does not verify business registration, certificate status, or any certificate file saved locally.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate information during setup and checkout. You are responsible for deciding whether a product or brand is suitable for your business and for complying with Amazon rules, brand policies, laws, taxes, and resale requirements.

Free analyses and subscription

New public users may receive ten complete recommendations on ten unique supported Amazon.com products with no card required. A successful recommendation for a new supported ASIN consumes one analysis. The complete tenth result remains visible, and previously granted ASINs can be revisited. Errors, unsupported pages, and unsuccessful analyses do not intentionally consume the allowance.

The allowance is stored locally and may reset if extension storage is cleared or the extension is reinstalled. To analyze an eleventh new product, you may choose a verified Stripe subscription at the current member rate: $9.99 per month or $99 per year billed up front. The annual plan is about $8.25 per month, billed annually. When the standard membership becomes $14.99/month, your $9.99/month or $99/year rate stays in place for as long as your membership remains active. The selected subscription starts and is charged only when you confirm it in Stripe, renews at the selected cadence until canceled, and may include applicable taxes shown by Stripe before you subscribe. If you cancel and later return, rejoining is available at the current membership rate. New public users do not receive an additional time-based Stripe trial.

Existing active or trialing subscribers, including valid legacy $15-per-month subscriptions, Checkout Sessions created under earlier terms, and the separate private reviewer trial retain their original terms. Stripe Checkout is the source of truth for the exact charge, tax, billing date, cadence, and any legacy or reviewer trial dates presented before completion.

Manage billing in Wholesale AI opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can update the payment method or cancel future renewals. Canceling future renewals does not retroactively refund a charge; access continues only as shown by Stripe and the membership status in the extension.

What the extension does

Wholesale AI compares your locally stored Business Profile with visible information on supported Amazon.com product pages and provides a research recommendation. Recommendations are guidance, not verification or approval advice. Saving a copy of a resale-certificate file is optional and local to the device. Wholesale AI does not authenticate or validate it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass paid access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected membership systems except where law permits, or use it to violate Amazon policies, intellectual-property rights, or applicable law.

Availability and changes

Amazon pages and third-party services can change. Wholesale AI may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, accuracy, compliance, or service reliability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Warranty and liability

Wholesale AI is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for research, outreach, purchasing, resale, and marketplace decisions. To the extent permitted by law, The Wholesale Cove LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
